Terms and Conditions – Live 360 Referral Program
1. Program Acceptance
We are pleased you have chosen to participate in the Live 360 Customer Referral Program. Your use of this program is strictly subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Service Agreement. Live 360 is part of the services described in the Service Agreement. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
2. Definitions
- Active User: A Live 360 client with a valid subscription and no outstanding payments.
- Referral: A person who registers with Live 360 through an exclusive invitation link.
- Referral Credit: A benefit applied to the referring customer’s invoice, equivalent to the subscription value purchased by the referred user, subject to the requirements outlined. The credit awarded through the Live 360 referral program does not constitute cash or any monetary equivalent. This credit is exclusively applied as an automatic discount on the applicable invoice on the date of the monthly subscription charge. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, or claimed as economic value under any circumstances.
3. Referral Credit Eligibility
For the referred user:
- Must not have been previously registered.
- Must complete the trial period.
- Must maintain an active subscription for at least thirty (30) consecutive days under a current plan.
For the referring customer:
- Must have an active account with no outstanding payments.
- Must use the unique referral link provided by Live 360.
4. Credit Application
- The credit will be applied directly to the referring customer’s invoice.
- It cannot be used to reactivate suspended accounts due to missed payments.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals—credits may be accumulated.
5. Variable Promotions
Live 360 may offer special benefits during promotional periods. These may include:
- Percentage discounts (e.g. 30% off for referred users).
- Time-based bonuses (e.g. 3 months at 50% discount).
- Cumulative credits.
Specific conditions for each promotion will be communicated through official Live 360 channels and may be modified or canceled at any time.
6. Third-Party Commitments Disclaimer
Live 360 is not responsible for promises, benefits, or statements made by agents, users, or referred individuals that are not officially outlined. Any communications outside of these terms will be considered outside the scope of the program.
7. Participant Acceptance and Termination
Live 360 reserves the right to modify or cancel a participant’s involvement at any time, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable law, by written notice sent to the registered email address.
8. Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance
All communications related to the program will be conducted via email. If a referral is made to an address that has previously opted out of marketing emails, no notification will be sent and Live 360 is under no obligation to inform you.
9. Confidentiality
Participants may receive confidential and proprietary information from Live 360. This information must be kept strictly confidential and used solely in relation to program participation.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Participants act as independent contractors. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or official representation relationship exists between the participant and Live 360 or its affiliates.
11. Trademark Usage
Except for officially provided program materials, participants are not authorized to use any trademarks, names, logos, or other intellectual property belonging to Live 360.
