We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and site registrations). Information Gathering and Usage

When you register for any 360 TECH applications (meaning Live 360 or Flash Team 360), we ask for your name, company name, email address, billing address, and credit card information.

360 TECH uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, often including an anonymous unique identifier, sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

360 TECH uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our applications. Although 360 TECH owns the code, databases, and all rights to our applications, you retain all rights to your data.

We will not share any personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent California law prohibits. If our practices change, we will do so per applicable laws.

Disclosure

360 TECH may disclose personally identifiable information under exceptional circumstances to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Service Agreement.

Changes

360 TECH may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in how we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account.
